Chablis Grand Cru Bougros Patrick Piuze (Domaine) 2010
The wine
The plot of the grand cru Bougros is located at the western end of Chablis in a place where the soil contains marl, clay and Kimmeridge limestone. With a rich texture and a powerful body with a concentrated palate, Chablis Bougros will be even racier with a dish which will highlight its acidity such as duck à l’orange.
About the Producer Patrick Piuze
A native of Quebec, Patrick Piuze has worked in many wine-growing areas throughout the world and in Burgundy. In 2008, he decided to start his own trading house. He buys grapes ranging from simple Chablis to grand cru through to the premier crus.
