Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses Patrick Piuze (Domaine) 2021
The wine
Even though his Québec origins didn’t destine him for the wine world, Patrick Piuze is today considered to be one of the finest Chablis winemakers. This Chablis grand cru is pale gold in colour, with an intense and varied aromatic bouquet marked by notes of stone fruits and flowers. Ample, generous and silky, the palate is enlivened by a typical acidity suitable to its cellaring potential and its aromatic length.
About the Producer Patrick Piuze
A native of Quebec, Patrick Piuze has worked in many wine-growing areas throughout the world and in Burgundy. In 2008, he decided to start his own trading house. He buys grapes ranging from simple Chablis to grand cru through to the premier crus.
