Domaine Pavelot's Pernand-Vergelesses Village is a very typical wine for the appellation. It delivers aromas of red fruit (especially cherry and raspberry) which are also found on the palate, with some spicy notes. About the Producer Pavelot
The Pavelot family has been present in Pernand-Vergelesses since at least the 17th century and their domaine has grown over time and generations. Today, Luc and Lise Pavelot have taken over from their father Régis. Their 9-hectare vineyard is certified organic and shared between Pernand-Vergelesses and Aloxe-Corton. This is a really interesting area, with particularly charming wine, that also maintains reasonable prices.
