About the wine
Regnié is the most recent of the Beaujolais crus, only receiving its official classification in December 1988. Very well-placed between Morgon and Brouilly, the vineyards produce elegant, supple, marvellously fruity wines with a cherry-violet colour, that develop aromas of redcurrants, blackberries and raspberries. On the palate they offer a good balance between flavours and structure, this is a full, fleshy wine that lets the flavours express themselves.
