Information
About the wine

Bordering the region of Macon with its charming flavors, St. Veran white wine displays a green-gold light. The Saint-Veran are round, soft and fruity. Young, they develop aromas of white fruit (peach, pear), progressing to white flowers (acacia) and yellow (honeysuckle, broom ...) and older to hazelnut, toasted almonds, honey and flint. They are a delight served with the famous chicken of Bresse, veal with morels and fine fish. More basically with goat cheese, roast veal, a sausage or spicy food (especially curry).
