About the producer
Château Branas Grand Poujeaux's vineyard lies partly on gravelly hilltops, next to the most famous properties in the Moulis appellation. Harvests are carried out by hand. Vinification lasts about a month, applying traditional methods. The entire harvest is then aged in oak barrels, with 30% renewed each year, for a period of between 16 and 24 months depending on the vintage.
About the wine
Elegant, full-bodied and with a rich bouquet, the resulting wines show greats class and have a substantial capacity to age.
