Information
Located on gravelly hilltops in the heart of the Médoc, between the appellations of Margaux and Saint Julien, Château Tour-du-Haut-Moulin produces a very high-quality wine that enjoys an excellent reputation in France and internationally. The ongoing improvement of vineyard processes and modern vinification procedures enable this wine to stand alongside the region's finest, even making it worthy of comparison with some grands crus classés. Furthermore, the property was promoted to Cru Bourgeois Supérieur status in the June 2003 revision of the 1932 classification.
Concentrated and balanced, La Tour du Haut-Mont has an admirable purple-ruby colour and generous fruit. Ready for drinking after 4-5 years' keeping.
