About the producer
This château owes its name to the Ségur family, formerly one of the most influential in the Médoc, lending their name to the châteaux of Calon-Ségur and Phélan-Ségur in Saint-Estephe. Joseph and Gabrielle Grazioli now head up this 40-hectare Haut-Médoc property with its equal proportions of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
About the wine
This château, located on fine gravel soil, produces very well-balanced wines with a pleasant suppleness. Very fruity, they develop rounded, generous, velvety flavours.
