Château Petit Bocq Cru Bourgeois
Information
About the producer

Château Petit Bocq's vineyard was created by the Souquet family in 1971 in a lieu-dit known as Marbuzet, halfway between the towns of Pauillac and Saint Estèphe. The vineyard is managed according to rigorous principles. Harvested entirely by hand, at optimal ripeness, the grapes are then sorted, with only those worthy of a top class Saint Estèphe being selected. The property was promoted to Cru Bourgeois Supérieur status in the June 2003 revision of the 1932 classification.

About the wine

The wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The result is a refined, elegant wine with fruity aromas. The bouquet is very powerful; on the palate it is rounded and nicely balanced.
