Information
About the producer

Château Mauvesin, located in Moulis in the Médoc area, was owned by the same family for almost five centuries. The château passed to another great Bordeaux family, the Barton-Sartorius, owners of the châteaux Léoville-Barton and Langoa-Barton for 8 generations, and second and third crus in the Saint Julien classification. The château has been renamed Mauvesin-Barton since the 2011 vintage. The cru has gone from one success to another since its purchase by the family.

About the wine
