Château Loupiac Gaudiet
Information
About the producer

This estate belonged to the Montaigne family. it was sold in 1920 to the Ducau family who annexed it to the Gaudiet estate, and rechristened it Loupiac Gaudiet. The vineyard enjoys wonderful exposure, planted on slopes overlooking the Garonne. Harvests are carried out entirely by hand from early October to late November. The only grapes harvested are those affected by noble rot, which are used to make sweet white wine. The wines are aged for two years before being bottled.

About the wine

These wines have a characteristic, pleasant suppleness and great finesse. They develop delicious notes of honey and tropical fruits. A perfectly balanced nectar.
