Information
The Pinot Noir vines in the ‘Feule’ locality enjoy an ideal south-facing exposure, providing them with the perfect balance of sunshine. Each plot is cultivated according to environmentally friendly methods, based on organic practices combined with a natural approach. The fourth generation of winemakers, headed by Benjamin Benoit, focus all their work on the vines to ensure that the raw materials required to produce exceptional wines are of the highest quality. The grapes are hand-picked at peak ripeness, and carefully sorted in both the vineyard and the winery. Sulphur is used sparingly during vinification to ensure the grapes and terroir are perfectly mirrored in the wine.
The dazzling, clear colour promises a fragrant bouquet. The nose indeed is packed with vibrant aromas of strawberries and raspberries. The light and flavoursome palate boasts fine tannins combined with aromas of fresh fruit and a delicate acidity.
