Information
Clément Bärtschi, a promising young winemaker, is proud of his more than two hectares of vines in the prestigious Bugey vineyards. The estate’s vines stretch across the emblematic Manicle locality. This large limestone terrace, overlooked by a large boulder, imparts a minerality and freshness that are the hallmarks of the estate’s cuvées. The vines enjoy warm days, cool nights, constant aeration and, above all, a balanced viticulture approach that respects the principles of organic farming. After harvesting, the fruit is gently and methodically vinified, with as little intervention as possible.
The very pale pink colour and delicate effervescence are enhanced by an elegant, expressive bouquet of light red fruit aromas. The fresh, intense mouthfeel reveals aromas of raspberry and blackcurrant, blending perfectly with subtle floral touches on the finish.
