Information
The Château Doisy Dubroca is part of the former large Domaine de Doisy on the limestone plateau of Barsac. Surrounded by the other two Doisy, but also Climens, it has a fabulous terroir perfect for the development of botrytis cinerea. In 2014, the late Denis Duboudieu (Doisy Daëne) bought the Doisy Dubroca from Lurton family, reforming on this occasion part of the old large Domaine de Doisy.
The similarities between this wine and that of the Château Climens are remarkable. This Sauternes is rich, opulent and luscious. Deep gold in colour, the wine features an intense nose of tropical fruits as well as great length on the palate. Its richness and concentration allow it to be aged for multiple years.
