Founded in 2009, Domaine des Hautes Glaces is a French farm distillery specializing in the production of whisky and brandy. Its whisky is produced entirely from local organic products and the grains - barley, rye and spelt - are grown on-site. The estate also has its own malting floor and uses water from the property’s own stream. The whiskies are aged in cognac, Vin Jaune and French new oak casks.

A Ceros whisky made with rye from the Gabert climat at Domaine des Hautes Glaces, distilled in 2015 and matured in cognac casks, then vin jaune barrels. A limited edition of 1,150 bottles.
