About the producer
Château Daugay owes its name to the presence of a bird that is regularly seen in Saint-Emilion: the Jay. This property is located in the south-west of the commune. It now belongs to a branch of the Boüard family.
About the wine
In a fairly light style with lovely purity, this wine develops a wonderfully rich bouquet. On the palate, it is very aromatic and well-structured. A few years in the cellar are needed for it to develop its full richness.
