About the wine

The 185 hectares of the appellation that groups the communes of Givry, Dracy-le-Fort and Jamble is winemaking territory that has existed since the Middle Ages and where the cultivation of Pinot Noir is favoured. These powerful and rustic red wines improve when cellared. They release aromas of violet which develop into blackberry and liquorice with notes of spice and game.
