Domaine du Pas de l'Escalette in Poujols was founded by Julien and Delphine Zernott in 2003. The 20-hectare vineyard is situated at an altitude of 350-400 metres and is made up largely of around 60-year-old vines. The certified biodynamic wines are recognised for their finesse.
