About the producer
Sempé is a trading house founded in 1934 by Abel Sempé, a future member of the Resistance Movement in the Second World War and later Senator for the Gers. Its eaux-de-vie are mainly from Bas-Armagnac, the appellation’‘s most prestigious cru. The range includes young Armagnacs, very old Armagnacs and vintage Armagnacs chosen for their special qualities.
About the wine
Sempé VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) is an Armagnac made with eaux-de-vie aged for at least 4 years in oak casks.
