In relatively little time, Benoit Courault has become one of the Loire’s highly sought after vignerons for his natural vinifications without inputs or added sulphur. With 5 hectares of old vines, Courault learnt the ropes from the most audacious winemakers all over France. From Eric Pfifferling (Domaine de l’Anglore) to Dominique Derain to Yvon Métras: he learnt from the best, a this is a name to keep in mind!
