Information
Domaine Michel Rebourgeon has been involved in viticulture in Burgundy since the 19th century. It was acquired by Marie Bourgogne and her husband Emile Claude Rebourgeon, who gave their name to the vineyard. Today, the winegmaker is proud to cultivate almost five hectares of vines stretching across the iconic communes of Beaune, Pommard and Volnay. The vines, planted some 40 years ago on average, are cultivated with the utmost respect for the soil and biodiversity, following sustainable farming practices. Each parcel receives specific care depending on its needs, to allow the personality of each one to shine through. In the cellar, vinification involves very little intervention, and sulphur is used in minute quantities to allow the fruit to express all its aromas and flavours naturally. The vineyard strives to offer authentic, elegant wines that fully reflect the flavours of the grape varieties and the distinctive characteristics of the Burgundian terroir.
