Information
Maison Brillet is located in Graves-Saint-Amant, in the commune of Aireaux. The estate was founded in the 17th century by Guy Brillet. Vivien Brillet created the brokering company in 1850 and built the distillery and cellars on the edge of the Charente, in Graves. At the turn of the 1920s, Jean and Raymond Brillet set up their own brand of cognac and Pineau des Charentes in Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. The estate now spans 65 hectares.
Brillet Grande Réserve is a cognac produced with grapes grown in Grande Champagne, the most prestigious cru in the appellation. It is aged for 10 years first in new oak casks, then in older Limousin casks.
