Information
About the producer

Domaine Guillemot-Michel managed by Pierrette and Marc Guillemot is an anomaly in Burgundy. The property has been certified biodynamic since 1992! Quintaine is one of two stand-out cuvées produced by the pair. The other, Retour à la terre, was first produced in 2017 from old vines vinified in earthenware jars. The wines from these Burgundian terroirs are like crystals, clear and sharp-edged. And we can’t not mention the magnificent balance that they all possess. A passionate domain to discover as quickly as possible.
