About the producer

The New Yarmouth distillery was founded by J. Wray & Nephew’s—better known for Appleton Estate—in the parish of Clarendon. It distils rums in pot and column stills for the group’s brands, including Wray & Nephew, Coruba, Conquering Lion, Charly’s JB and Edwin Charley.

About the wine

A single cask (#WP05666) of New Yarmouth rum distilled in 2005 and bottled at cask strength after ageing in a continental setting by Stefano Cremaschi for The Wild Parrot collection, created in partnership with another Italian independent bottler, Hidden Spirits, which was founded by Andrea Ferrari. A limited edition selected by La Maison du Whisky.
