Information
The Bellery domain, located in the heart of the Charente region, is known around the world for crafting distinctive Cognacs thanks to a unique expertise passed down from one generation to the next, and always implemented with the same dedication. The domain uses a traditional Charentais still to craft its rich, complex and aromatic brandy. Prior to this, the domain adheres to a strict production protocol that requires both patience and rigour. Every detail of each step in making the Cognacs is meticulously scrutinised. It all begins with the harvest of white grapes, which produce wines with powerful acidity and low sugar content. Once distilled, the Cognacs are aged in oak casks for a minimum of two years. This final step brings out the full flavour of the brandies, while imparting their characteristic amber colour.
