Information
About the producer

Ardnamurchan was set up in the Highlands by the independent bottler Adelphi. It is not Adelphi’‘s first distillery, as the company was also behind the Loch Katrine distillery founded in Glasgow in 1826. It was bought in 1880 by Archibald Walker and in 1903 by Distillers Company Limited. Ardnamurchan is a modern distillery focused on limiting its impact on the environment. It produces both peated and unpeated whisky from barley grown on the distillery owners’‘ land.

About the wine

Ardnamurchan Spirit 2016/AD is the distillery’’s first bottling. Produced from Concerto barley grown at the Broomhall farm, the whisky is matured in first-fill Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Those who want to find out more can use the QR code on the bottle to learn everything there is to know about the whisky.
