About the producer
Ed. Kressmann & Cie is a Bordeaux wine merchant founded in 1871 by Edouard Kressmann, who arrived in Bordeaux in 1858. He was interested in estates that were less well known than the grand crus but which nonetheless owned quality terroirs. In 1967, the business teamed up with Dourthe Frères to create CVBG Dourthe-Kressmann. In 2007, the business joined the Alain Thienot Champagne group.
