Compass Box is unique in the world of whisky. Founded in 2000, it is a small independent company specializing in the blending of whiskies bought from large producers. Compass Box has made this its speciality, becoming a master in its fields of blended malts, blended grains and blended whisky, with each category represented in its portfolio. It is also a company with a deep-rooted philosophy, elevating blending to a worthy, noble task, distancing itself from its industrial image and reasserting the value of its craft as a ‘whiskymaker'.

This second edition of Delilah’’s from Compass Box celebrates the 25th anniversary of the famous Chicago punk rock bar of the same name. Created by John Glaser and Mike Miller, 29% of the blend is the first version of Delilah’’s aged for 5 years, 20% Teaninich aged in a first-fill sherry cask, 15% Linkwood aged in a first-fill sherry cask, 15% a single malt produced near the village of Aberlour and aged in a first-fill sherry cask, 10.5% Cameronbridge aged in a first-fill American oak cask and 10.5% Miltonduff aged in a first-fill American oak cask. Delilah’’s bar opened in 1993 and is known for its vast selection of beers and over 800 whiskies, as well as its eclectic and trendy programme of music. A limited edition of 8,520 bottles.
