About the producer

Lolli Liquori was founded in Bologna in 1857 by Otello Lolli, originally as an importer of Armagnac and Scotch whisky. The company now produces all sorts of liqueurs, Italian aperitifs, gin and tonics.

About the wine

Pallini, producer of unusual and unique Italian liqueurs from Marche in central Italy, presents this powerful, lively aniseed-based liqueur. Its freshness and its digestive properties go perfectly with the end of every meal or even after an excellent espresso. Containing 42% alcohol, this liqueur made from macerated plants contains no less than seven different types of aniseed, green and star anise to name but two.
Like its Pastis and Raki cousins, Mistrà can be diluted with water or ice cubes but also with fruit juices. It will then turn opaque as it contains essential oils that are only soluble in alcohol. This liqueur also goes well with pastries.
