Information
Contrary to the name of this cuvée, it is certainly during a homely, Sunday meal that you will best enjoy this wine, a cuvée that sits somewhere between a red and a rosé. It has a floral and fruity nose, a veritable compote of red fruit, and an energetic palate with a light and supple mouthfeel. It’s easy to let your senses take you away with this one.
This is a blend of Grenache with Cinsault and Syrah. Valentin Valles worked for some years at Domaine de l’Anglore, where his interest was piqued by biodynamics. These wines are also natural in their production. Sometimes, a very small dose of sulphur is added.
We recommend opening this bottle at around 14°C. If you uncork it young it should be decanted for a while. Otherwise, 4 to 6 years in the cellar will reveal all its complexity.
