Brda Lunar Movia
Information
About the wine

The Lunar cuvée from domain Movia is a maceration wine (orange wine) made from a blend of Ribolla and Chardonnay planted on a parcel with soil rich in sandstone. The grapes are harvested late and destemmed by hand before spontaneous fermentation in open casks and a sin-contact maceration lasting 9 months. Bottling takes place when the moon is full. In the glass, this is an intense and rich wine. It has a fruity nose with aromas of cider and oaky notes, whilst the palate brings a nice bitterness and density. It finished on a burst of freshness with present tannins. A wine to be served at the table, this cuvée will pair nicely with orange duck!
