Information
This is a Barolo that owes its success to a family recipe combining innovation and tradition. On its prestigious land, the domain has mastered the art of cultivating Nebbiolo, the region’s noble varietal. After a maturation of 3 years – 18 months of which in wood – this DOCG Barolo requires lengthy ageing in your cellar. We recommend opening it a few hours before serving with a characterful, rich dish. We’re thinking of game, mushrooms, slow-cooked lamb or beans with garlic. This wine has a garnet red hue from which escape notes of cherry, dried flowers, herbs and gentle spices. It also has an imposing tannic structure enlivened by a characteristic acidity.
