About the wine

Here is a modest cuvée from the south of France that deserves our attention. This is the signature wine of the head grower at Domaine Tempier, and has thus been treated with the utmost care during vinification. No additives are allowed during the crafting process so that the wine can express the quintessence of its original terroir. In the glass this cuvée has an intense ruby colour and a bouquet of red fruits, black fruits, prune, and plum. The palate is full-bodied with generous tannin. We recommend ageing this wine for a few years in the cellar to let the tannins soften. It will pair nicely with a characterful dish like roasted aubergine or refined cheese.
