About the wine
Château Branon has a singularly diverse terroir of clay-limestone soils. The vineyards are certified organic and biodynamic. The blend is a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon which brings power and nobility, whereas the Merlot confers fragrance, with fruity notes. The Cabernet Franc lends spicy notes and velvety tannins. The powerful palate and structured tannins give this wine excellent aging potential.
