Information
Jean-Jacques Robert has managed the Robert-Denogent family domaine since 1988. It is a small vineyard of five hectares divided between Fuissé and Solutré-Pouilly. The élevage is long and done gently. The wines are classy and full of character.
In the Burgundian kingdom of Pinot noir, it is actually the Gamay grape that makes up this Mâcon-Burgy cuvée. In the glass we find a deep, ruby wine with an aromatic bouquet of fleshy, red fruit like cherry and raspberry. Fresh and juicy, this wine can be enjoyed in its youth thanks to its delicate tannins and easy-drinking profile. You can open if from now as a aperitif or to accompany a simple dish like grilled meat or summer vegetables.
