About the wine

Managed masterfully by Maxime Cheurlin since 2010, Domaine Georges Noëllat crafts a red Burgundy that serves as a wonderful introduction to a range of exceptional Côte de Nuits premiers and grands crus. The vineyards are worked by hand without any chemical products. In the same vein, the grapes are vinified using wild yeasts followed by thorough ageing.
This wine is ruby red in colour with crimson undertones. Its aromatic bouquet exudes notes of red and black fruit, compote, prune, pepper, and earthy touches like mushroom. On the palate, it has a crisp and flavourful character. This si a cuvée that can be just as well appreciated as an aperitif with bread and terrines as at the table with grilled or roasted meat.
