Domaine Denis Bachelet is blessed with a superb collection of terroirs, notably in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin. The wines are intense and age remarkably well. A beautiful place on the Côte de Nuits.

Denis Bachelet produces some truly exciting wines at the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin! This Les Evocelles cuvée reveals a lovely tannic texture with remarkable finesse and perfect balance. Its nose gives off aromas of black fruit and spices blended with notes of earth and oak. The palate has a striking purity to it with a delicate structure.
This wine should be aged for a few years to reach its peak. We recommend serving it at 15/16°C with a platter of blue cheese.
