About the wine

This cuvée comes from a clay terroir and the Pinot Noir – around 35 years old – was grown sustainably on steep slopes, with ideal exposure to the south that encouraged the grapes to fully mature. The domain carried out a year-long maturation in oak barrels before a further six months in stainless steel. Made to be enjoyed within 8 years, this Saint-Aubin delights with the delicate profile of its fruity and floral notes, as well as with its silky texture.
