Information
This cuvée comes from a tiny parcel of 0.12 hectares with chalk and clay-marl soils. The domain chose to mature this wine for a year in oak barrels (20% new wood) and for six months in stainless steel. Bottled after light filtering and fining, what results is exemplary finesse. The nose gives off fresh notes of citrus and white flowers, and the palate is delicate yet persistent, balanced out with a notable generosity. Its fresh finish promises lovely pairing with noble dishes.
