Information
As is the case with many winemakers, Emmanuel Brochet has inherited his vocation for wine from his family and his father’s vines. A rare fact in the viticultural landscape of Champagne, the domain is run according to organic principles in order to let its micro-terroir express all its individuality. The plants grow over a little more than two hectares and benefit from the effect of a varied soil composed of clay, chalk and limestone. Unsurprisingly, the harvest is also carefully surveyed in order to ensure that only the best of each vintage makes it to the winery. There, Emmanuel Brochet vinifies his wine in oak barrels for a ripe and precise result.
Made from the best bunches of Pinot Meunier grown following organic principles, this Champagne presents a particularly aromatic bouquet with light vinosity. Lifted by a fine tension and striking minerality, this wine is a superb way to begin a friendly meal. You could equally pair it with delicate or salty dishes.
