About the producer

Olivier Collin has been at the helm of the family business in the south-east of the Côte des Blancs since 2003. He comes from a long line of winegrowers in the region and trained with Anselme Selosse in Avize. Today, his talent is well-known to connoisseurs. Producing wine from his own grapes only, he has begun the process of converting to biodynamics and gradually isolated his terroirs to create different cuvées. His champagnes, which are already very precise and of a good quality, are improving all the time. He is now one of the most sought-after names for champagne fans, even though he is still relatively unknown among the general public.
