Information
About the producer

A native of Quebec, Patrick Piuze has worked in many wine-growing areas throughout the world and in Burgundy. In 2008, he decided to start his own trading house. He buys grapes ranging from simple Chablis to grand cru through to the premier crus.

About the wine

Made for ageing, this Chablis grand cru evolves well after some time in the cellar. Its fruity notes become more exotic, its liveliness softens and its texture becomes more ample and generous. This bottle will male a great gastronomic pairing to enjoy with noble fish or crustaceans.
