About the producer

A native of Quebec, Patrick Piuze has worked in many wine-growing areas throughout the world and in Burgundy. In 2008, he decided to start his own trading house. He buys grapes ranging from simple Chablis to grand cru through to the premier crus.

About the wine

This grand cru is testimony to the purity of its terroir. Thus, the Chardonnay is expressed through delicate notes of white fruits, white flowers and citrus. The palate reveals a fine minerality that ensures lovely culinary pairings with salty dishes.
