Information
About the wine

A blend of Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Poulsard vinified in oak, the Métis cuvée was matured in barrels for between 8 and 10 months. For the palate, it presents surprising delicacy and freshness. Red fruit notes are completed by hints of gentle spice. This is a wine that can be enjoyed on its own or perhaps accompanied by a fleshy fish like tuna.
