Domaine de l'Anglore is a flagship natural domain of the moment. The estate spans 4 hectares in Tavel, renowned for its rosé production, and is managed by Eric Pfifferling. This former apicultor turned to winemaking after seeing his bees die because of the insecticides used in the region. He practiced biodynamic viticulture right from the beginning: the soils are tilled so as to preserve the natural balance between roots and 'weeds'. His rosés are considered among the best in the world.

Among the crowd of biodynamic and sulphur-free wines, this cuvée stands out for its juicy texture and its vibrancy. Upon tasting this blend of Grenache, Clairette and Mourvèdre the fine work of this talented winemaker can be well-understood with much owing to his biodynamic viticulture.
