Vin de France Terre d'Ombre L'Anglore
Information
About the producer

Domaine de l'Anglore is a flagship natural domain of the moment. The estate spans 4 hectares in Tavel, renowned for its rosé production, and is managed by Eric Pfifferling. This former apicultor turned to winemaking after seeing his bees die because of the insecticides used in the region. He practiced biodynamic viticulture right from the beginning: the soils are tilled so as to preserve the natural balance between roots and 'weeds'. His rosés are considered among the best in the world.

About the wine

Domaine de l’Anglore’s wines are known for their fresh, juicy and delicious style. With this cuvée they are scaling the heights as this pure Grenache is delightfully fruity and spicy and absolutely irresistible. The secrets to its success are hand harvesting, carbonic maceration and a short period of élevage. This is a classic and very well-made wine.
