Tavel L'Anglore
Information
About the producer

Domaine de l'Anglore is a flagship natural domain of the moment. The estate spans 4 hectares in Tavel, renowned for its rosé production, and is managed by Eric Pfifferling. This former apicultor turned to winemaking after seeing his bees die because of the insecticides used in the region. He practiced biodynamic viticulture right from the beginning: the soils are tilled so as to preserve the natural balance between roots and 'weeds'. His rosés are considered among the best in the world.

About the wine

The kingdom of rosé, the Tavel appellation is enhanced by the work of Eric Pfifferling. He here produces a crunchy and indulgent rosé with a surprising hue. The nose opens up with seductive notes of candy, red fruit and flowers. On the palate, this same aromatic bouquet explodes. This is a great wine to pair with gourmet dishes.
