Information
Jean-Claude and Noël safeguard the 17-hectare property created bit by bit by their grandfather Pierre Ramonet in the 1920s, a Burgundian figure. Noël (in the cellar) and Jean-Claude (in the vineyard) took over the domain in 1984. They are the third generation and want to get the best out of the terroir. It is one of the most renowned domain of the appellation for both quality and finesse of its wines.
An unquestionable figure of Burgundy, Domaine Ramonet creates a Pernand-Vergelesses that is enjoyable in its youth. Its pale, yellow colour announces an aromatic bouquet that is at once fresh and lightly oaky. Its supple, silky texture promises lovely gastronomic pairings with tender dishes like poultry or white meat.
