Information
Initially a Bouzeron estate, Maison Chanzy now own 80 hectares of vines across all the regions of Burgundy (the majority of which are in the Côte Chalonnaise). 40 appellations including 11 grands crus and 13 premiers crus, this estate boast a portfolio with some of the biggest names in Burgundy.
The Bouzeron terroir allows the Aligoté grape to express all its best qualities. That is indeed the case for this superb cuvée with its flowery nose of acacia and lily, with notes of grapefruit and buttery brioche. There is a hint of citrus found on the palate but a fatty sensation carries it, offering a soothing finish.
