Information
The Moreau family was founded in Chablis in the early 20th century: the first parcels were bought in 1904 (Clos des Hospices). It now spans 65 hectares, covering several different appellations in Chablis. The domain also owns several grands crus, including one monopole. Since 1994, Louis Moreau, who represents the 6th generation, is at the helm of this family domain. The wines offer good value for money.
A beautiful cuvée, this grand cru possesses an elegance rarely matched. Grown sustainably, this wine reveals a harmony, a structure, and an aromatic generosity perfectly balanced by a pleasant acidity. This is the perfect wine to accompany noble dishes with a salty character.
